Last updated: September 2026. This policy applies to zerotodev.in and everything sold through it. It is written to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and it will be updated as its rules are notified in full.
What we collect
When you message us on Instagram or email, we receive what you send: your name or handle, your contact, and your message. When you buy, checkout collects the details you type (name, email, phone if asked) and Razorpay processes the payment. We receive your payment confirmation, order id and the contact details from checkout. We never see and never store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login; those live only with the gateway. The site also stores one small item on your device (localStorage) remembering which ad you clicked, so our own ad analysis stays honest. If advertising measurement (Meta Pixel) is enabled, it records page visits and events like page view and purchase, under Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
Why we collect it
To deliver your workbook, verify payments, support you when something goes wrong, keep records required by tax and accounting law, send genuine product updates you are entitled to as a buyer, and (if enabled) measure whether our ads work. If you message asking for the free sample, your contact is used for the sample and nothing else.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing you did not ask for. If you bought the workbook, you may occasionally get a genuine product update, and every one of those messages tells you how to stop them in one line.
Who processes data with us
Razorpay (payments, receipts, fraud checks, under its own privacy policy), Cloudflare (site hosting and delivery), and if enabled, Meta (ad measurement). Each processes data under its own terms. We share the minimum needed: your contact and order details with the gateway for the payment, nothing more.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, withdraw consent, or have it erased. One email to helpdeskteam.software@gmail.com with the word DELETE in the subject. We act within 7 days and confirm back, except records we must keep for accounting and tax obligations under Indian law. You can also withdraw consent for marketing in one tap on any update email.
Security and retention
The site is served over HTTPS. We keep your order and contact records only as long as needed for delivery, support and legal accounting, then they are deleted. Payment credentials are never stored by us at all, because they never reach us.
Grievances
Concerns about your data go to the grievance officer listed on the contact page: acknowledged within 48 hours, resolved within 30 days.
